Pause: Take a Break

Pause periodically reminds you to take a break, and step away from the computer. You can customise how frequently you want to take a break, how long they should last, and set suggestions for activities to perform. Pause includes multiple notification styles, so you can choose whether breaks should always be manually started with a click, or if they should automatically begin with a 5 second countdown. When you’re in the zone at work or want to kick back and watch a movie, enter Flow to stop break notifications. On macOS Monterey, Pause supports Shortcuts so you can automate changes to your settings. Pause is fully localised in Spanish.
